So many times in our lives we get consumed with one thought or one objective that brings us and those around us no happiness. All because we were not validated in our childhood and we act out emotionally in response to others.
We need to stop and realize that our lives have gone cold and that we offer nothing to those around us. 
  1. Do you have a love interest? 
  2. Do you enjoy days with your siblings? 
  3. Do you have healthy friendships? 
  4. Does your phone ring just from a friend reaching out to say hi?
All these questions and more should be asked of yourself and take a few minutes to look into.
Our lives are not always one thing or one-sided. Just work or just play. It's a balance that you are an addition to those titles or roles you play like daughter, son, sister, mother, wife, husband, worker, Entrepreneur, etc.
Your life can be changed very quickly just like the seasons change so do you.
I watched the movie "Lucy" and how the study of nonuse of our brain is at wo% but when we begin to go outside of ourselves and take the blue pill of possibilities we can assess all our brains capacity.
In this human existence, we were created to be in a love relationship. Firstly, with God/Universe/ Mother Earth or even a Higher Power.We have to be in touch with that source first, then love ourselves like you'd want someone to love you and then love others. So few understand that in this life!
While checking my license I discovered a lesson. Do you remember checking off that box ☑️️ I am an organ donor? That's a gift of love after you die. 
Just know when you don't create, build and give love in this life that when you leave here, you will have a legacy to leave... Your parts are gifted to others so that they can live. A gift of love!
Nothing against being a donor but I don't want to live life enough that I've not used those organs enough or long enough effectively, that being a donor wouldn't be the only option. I am the legacy and I will live in love.
