Picture THAT!

Have you pictured what your success will look like?  

Are you able to describe it in vivid, accurate, emotion provoking detail?

One of my favorite exercises I give to my students is writing down what your dream day looks like. 


This is everything which goes on during this day. 

It includes what you see, what you feel, what you smell.  I want them to feel like they are there just describing what they see or just saw.  Why so much detail?
The more real this picture is in your head, the better you are able to create it in your life now. 
 When your emotions are involved and multiple senses, the picture is more real like you have already experienced it. Once you experience something, it is easier to recreate it.​​​​​​​

 The more detailed you have with the description, the easier it is for the universe to provide you all you need to realize your goal.  When you are general or vague, it’s hard for the universe to provide the result you want since it is unclear on your expectations.

My Experience as a Life Coach

Here’s the thing:   you don’t need to have a pristine life to be a coach . Coaching is about inquiry, asking the right questions, listening, empathy, and empowering someone to become their best self. How to stop talking yourself out of success.
